- analysis, some findngs have been made. Firstly, the primary industry in each region is getting weak with unobvious petitive power in industrial structure, but most areas still have location petition power. Secondly, the second industry is an increasingly growing department in the economic growth of each area and this advantage is obvious. Thirdly, the development of the third industry is unbalanced. the advantage on structure in every region is unobvious, but most regions own advantages in  paper put forward some suggestions on the optimization of the industrial structure in Gansu province according to the results of Shift-Share Method, together with the analysis of the current state of industrial structure in province.

1 引言
产业构造是经济研究的核心理论问题，合理的产业构造是地区经济安康开展的前提，它不但有利于利用区域资源，发挥区域优势，提高区域产业经济效益，增强区域经济实力，协调区域部各产业部门间的关系，使得区域产业构造具备较强的转换能力和应变能力，还能提高产业构造效益。本文选取在区域科学中得到广泛应用的偏离份额分析法作为研究方法，以省地级行政区域作为研究的空间单元，以省作为参照，以省各地级市2004-2021年间的三次产业的GDP作为根底，运用偏离份额分析法来分析省各地区各产业的构造，并结合省就业构造和产业构造的现状分析，据此提出对省产业构造优化的建议。
2产业构造的分析方法----偏离份额分析法
Shift-share-method是由美国学者Dunn，Perloff，Muth等人于20世纪60年代相继提出的，80年代初Dunn集各家之所长，总结成普遍采用的形式。偏离份额分析法在国外区域与城市经济构造的分析之中已得到广泛的应用。与以往其他方法相比，这种方法具有较强的综合性和动态性，是提醒区域与城市部门构造变化原因，确定外来开展主导方向的有效方法。
