　　第七条　保健食品的通用名应当客观、准确、科学、规范，字数应当合理，并符合下列要求：
　　（一）不得使用已经批准注册的药品名称，配方为单一原料并以原料名称命名的除外。不得使用与已经批准注册的药品名称音、形相似的名称。
　　（二）不得使用特定人群名称。
　　（三）声称具有特定保健功能的保健食品，其通用名中含有表述产品功能相关文字的，应严格按照规范的功能名称进行描述。声称两个及以上功能的产品，不得使用功能名称作为通用名。
　　（四）以产品所用原料命名的，应使用规范的原料名称，但不得以配方中的部分原料命名或擅自简写命名。
　　营养素补充剂类产品一般应以维生素或矿物质命名。配方由三种以上维生素或三种以上矿物质组成的产品方可以“多种维生素”或“多种矿物质”命名，不得以部分维生素或矿物质命名。
　　第八条　保健食品的属性名应当表明产品的类别或形态。以食品类别表述属性名的，按照食品属性命名；以形态表述属性名的，按照“片”、“胶囊”、“口服液”
