【摘要】目的研究 2种二巯丁二酸胶囊的人体生物利用度和药动学特征。方法 20名健康男性受试者采用单剂口服两交叉两周期试验设计,分别口服单剂量500 mg 2种二巯丁二酸胶囊。采用HPLC荧光检测法测定血液样品中的二巯丁二酸浓度。结果试验制剂和参比制剂主要药代动力学参数:t1/2分别为(±) h和(±) h,Tmax分别为(±) h和(±) h,Cmax 分别为(±) μg·ml-1和(±) μg·ml-1,AUC024分别为(±) μg·ml-1·h-1和(±) μg·ml-1·h-1,AUC0∞分别为(±) μg·ml-1·h-1和(±) μg·ml-1·h-1。试验制剂相对生物利用度F为(±)%。试验制剂和参比制剂主要药动学参数药物间和周期间无显著性差异(P>),但个体间存在差异(P<)。结论 2种二巯丁二酸胶囊具有生物等效性,但存在个体差异,临床应用时应注意个体化给药方案。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the bioavailability of ter capsules and characteristics of pharmacokiics. Methods A single oral dose of 500 mg imer capsule ized crossover study. imer concentrations in blood ined by HPLCfluorescence detection method. Results The main pharmacokiics of the tax (±) h and (±) h, Cmax (±) μg·ml-1 and (±) μg·ml-1, AUC0-24 (±) μg·ml-1·h-1 and (±) μg·ml-1·h-1, AUC0-∞(±) μg·ml-1·h-1 and (±) μg·ml-1·h-1 respectively. The relative bioavailability of teters of tong individual volunteers(P<). Conclusion The results demonstrated that the ten should be individualized.
