城市中低收入家庭住房保障问题综述
摘要:随着我国经济的高速发展,贫富差距的日益扩大以及城乡二元经济体制依然存在等众多原因,我国中低收入家庭住房保障问题变得日益严峻,不容忽视。因此国内外理论界对中低收入家庭住房保障问题不断深入研究,斐然的成果很大程度上给我国在中低收入家庭住房保障问题方面的政策制定提供理论依据和前景方向。本文在阅读了大量相关文献、资料的基础上对国内外关于中低收入家庭住房保障机制的发展现状以及相关学者的研究成果进行了回顾与总结,希望在已有的研究成果上得到比较全面的认识为今后的研究和发展提供帮助。

Abstract:With the high speed development of our country's economic,the gap between rich and poor's day-by-day expansion and the city-countryside second-hand house system still Existencing and so on numerous reasons, our country mid and low earning family housing safeguard question es day by day stern, not allowing to be neglected1>. Therefore the domestic and foreign theorists to the mid and low earning family housing safeguard question deeply research, the striking achievement gives our country to provide the theory basis and the prospect direction to a great extent unceasingly in the mid and low earning family housing safeguard question aspect policy article to domestic and foreign as well as was related the scholar about the mid and low earning housing safeguard mechanism's development present situation the research results to carry on the review and the summary ,in had in the achievement foundation to point out that the existence the question and proposed the solution countermeasure, hoping the prehensive understanding in the existing research results provide the help for present's research and the development.

住房是居民的基本生活需求,不仅是经济问题,还是社会问题,解决中低收入家庭住房问题是经济发展到一定阶段的必须要求,而且是建立和谐社会的重要保证。如何解决居民的住房问题,特别是广大低收入家庭的住房问题是世界各国政府都必须面临的问题。发展中国家如此,发达国家也如此。研究最低收入家庭的住房
