        1.   Content of the letter of entrustment
The foreign party has the intention to establish a wholly foreign-owned enterprise in the taicang __________________zone in the province of jiangsu, peoples republic of china. Therefore the foreign party shall provide certain documents to the entrusted party in order to fulfill the laws and regulations necessary to set up such an enterprise in the peoples republic of china.
The entrusted party will provide any necessary service to the foreign party in order to the foreign party's intention to get the certificate of approval of the examination and approval authorities of the peoples republic of china. This service includes the following:
