摘要
随着机床加工精度改进,使减少的定位误差,加工精度,制造精密的设备需要相应增加。以满足不同的部门和经济,不同型号和不同程度的精确度的标准进行选择的文件夹的需要。通用夹具直接影响到经济,模块化,组合夹具系统单独夹具可重构性,可重构性和可扩展性的能力和范围之广,通用性强,效率高的方案,强大的功能性元素,使得夹具通用性好,简洁的要素,支持低成本,促进了利用经济价值。
设计是实际生产的组合,通用夹具不能满足生产要求,特别是研磨夹具的设计中,夹具包括定位控制夹紧装置中,刀程序,夹子和定位键的设计和精度分析等方面。
该装置具有良好的精度,特别是用于钻孔,扩22槽的底部钻具零件加工程序。该夹具具有夹紧力剂,具有现代机床夹具的高效和精密的特点要求,能有效地降低时间原辅工件加工的时间,大大提高了劳动生产率,有效地降低了劳动强度。

Abstract
With the improvement of the machining accuracy, in order to reduce the positioning error and improve the machining accuracy, manufacturing precision of the fixture requirements increase.
