酵母生物转化生产 22苯乙醇的研究进展

摘要主要论述了利用酵母菌生物转化合成天然 22苯乙醇的研究进展,从应用微生物学的角度介绍了 22苯乙醇生
产菌株的筛选,分析了 22苯乙醇合成过程中几方面因素的影响和培养条件的选择,并对产物原位转移技术作了简要说
明. 并从分子生物学的角度出发,对生物转化的重点途径———艾利希途径在基因水平上作了诠释,且例举了利用从头
合成途径进行的基因工程育种,旨在为利用微生物生产 22苯乙醇的研究开发提供参考. 图 1 参 40

Abstract Since 22phenylethanol is an important flavor and pound with a rose like smell, it is widely used in
many industries, such as fragrance industry and food industry. It occurs naturally in essential oils of many flowers and p lants,
especially in rose oil. 22phenylethanol can also be synthesized by chem ical methods, but the chem ical means are giving way to
biosynthesis pathways due to increasingly demand for natural p roduct. This review describes the p rogress in its p roduction of 22
phenylethanol with yeast, including strain screening, culture conditions and affecting factors involved in its p roduction. In situ
p roduct removal is also mentioned because it is considered necessary for high yield of 22phenylethanol in yeast by
