采收期对日嚣瞄苹果采后品质的影晌

摘要:研究不同求收期对嘎啦苹果采后果实品质的影响。分别于盛花期后 110 、 117 、 124 d 和 131
d 采泉,在室温条件下定期测定几项品质指标的变化。盛花期后 117d 以前来收的果实其果皮亮
皮好但着色程度差,盛花后 124 d 采收的采实其采皮和采肉的也度均较好,盛花后 124 d 采收的果
实可溶性因形物、可滴定酸变化较小,失水少,商品品质较好。盛花后 117 d 到 124 d 左右为唆啦果
实的最佳采收期,不同采期采实色泽差别明显,可以作为判断采收期和果品品质的重要依据。

Effects of Different Harvesting Time on Fruit Postharvest Quality of 'Gala' Apple

Abstract: Effects of different harvest time on quality of 'Galá apples after harvest were examined. The apples were
picked at 110 ,117 ,124 and 131 days after full bloom (DAFB). Changes of several indices were measured periodi•
cally at normal temperature after fruit picking. lt was found that the quality of 'Gala' apples of picking before 117
DAFB was superior in pulp brightness but inferior in chroma. The quality of the apples harvesting at 124 DAFB
was good in both rind chroma and pulp chroma, in which the soluble solids and titratable acids changed slightly.
