摘要: 随着经济社会的快速?l展,我国的各项事业都取得了长足的发展,尤其是作为我国经济发展重要行业的建筑业也实现了跨越式的发展。方案设计对于建筑业来说即是基础又是核心,对整个行业来说有着重要的地位和意义。鉴于方案设计的重要性,在进行工程建设前,有关部门必须要科学合理地设计建筑方案,从根本上确保工程建设的安全性、科学性、合理性。本文以某图书馆建筑设计为例,讨论了功能设计过程,以期为相关人员提供参考。
Abstract: With the rapid development of economy and society, many social undertakings of China have made considerable progress, especially the construction industry, as the important industry of economic development in China, it has also achieved leapfrog development. The design of the project is the foundation and core of the construction industry, which has an important position and significance for the whole industry. In view of the importance of the project design, before the construction of the project, the relevant departments must scientifically and reasonably design the building program to ensure the safety, scientific and reasonable project construction. This paper takes a library as an example to discuss the function design process to provide reference for the related personnel.

0 引言
随着城市化进城的日益加快,房地产业迎来了春天,进而来动了建筑业的快速发展。作为建筑工程建设的基础,建筑设计方案的重要性不容忽视。建筑设计方案缺乏合理性或者科学性,不仅会给建筑施工带来困难,而且会给建筑的安全性带来巨大的隐患。因此,在进行建筑设计时,应该严格按照相关设计原则及要点,制定合理的、科学的设计方案。本文以某图书馆设计为例,系统阐述了功能设计的基本要点,重点分析了屋面、楼面、墙体等重要部件的构造做法,探讨了散水构造措施,可为公共建筑的设计提供指导和帮助。
1 工程概况
