摘要
21 世纪是知识经济时代,这一时期发展的特点就是在信息化高度发展下的“创
新”。随着知识经济的发展,技术创新已成为国家振兴和企业发展的强大动力。技
术创新是高风险回报的科研生产经营活动,是企业实现可持续发展的基础,是一个
国家实现经济持续增长的重要来源。在科学技术发展速度日益加快,技术产品生命
周期日益缩短的今天,技术创新更具有特殊重要的价值。
随着信息革命、知识经济时代进程的加快,企业面临着前所未有的竞争环境的
变化,拥有核心竞争力的企业才能立于不败之地,企业掌握和可运用的知识是构成
其核心竞争力的基石。拥有更多的信息通道和资讯来源,并能充分加以利用的企业
往往能在竞争和博弈中占据先手和优势。因此企业要持续发展,就必须增强企业整
体的学习能力,同时还应充分加强信息沟通和信息利用的力度,社会资本对此无疑
起了极为关键的作用。
作为资本的一种形式,企业的社会资本不同于物质资本、金融资本、人力资本,
具有自身独特的个性。社会资本对企业的发展起了不可低估的作用,它已经成为企
业技术创新能否成功的一个关键因素。社会资本为技术创新研究提供了新的研究方
向和视野。社会资本代表了行为主体借助于社会网络或其他的社会结构来获得各种
利益的能力。良好的社会资本可以培养人与人之间的相互信任,降低交易成本,加
速信息和知识的流动,提高创新能力。

Abstract
21st century is the era of knowledge economy, the characteristic of development in
this period is " innovates " that based on the high information development. With the
development of knowledge economy, the technological innovation has already e
strong motive force of country's revitalizing and enterprise's development. The
technological innovation is the scientific research production which has high risk and high
pay, it is the foundation of realizing the sustainable development for enterprise, it is
important source of one country that realize sustainable economic development.
Nowadays, with accelerate in scientific and technical development speed and
technological lifespan shorten, technological innovation has special important value even
more.
With the quickening of information revolution and knowledge-driven economy,
enterprises face the change of the petitive environment. The enterprises
with petitiveness could establish in an unassailable position, the knowledge that
enterprises grasp can be used as the foundation stone of their petitiveness. The
enterprises which have more information canal and information source can occupy the
offensive and advantage in play chess petition. In order to develop continuously,
the enterprise should
