摘要
深入贯彻落实科学发展观是党的十七大的总纲和核心内容。随着科技创新和
市场竞争的日益复杂化和激烈化,企业科学发展的问题也越来越被人们所关注。
面对新的国际外部竞争环境,对于作为中国私营经济最主要形式的家族企业,有
必要给予深入全面地研究。研究家族企业科学发展问题是与党的十七大提出的科
学发展观的会议精神相符合,具有时代的特色。
我国家族企业面临的最大问题不是如何向现代企业转变,而是如何提高企业
自身的核心竞争能力。企业核心竞争能力要求从企业内部来研究企业,从企业的
能力差异、知识差异、内部资源差异来探讨企业的异质性,企业核心竞争能力是
企业科学发展的重要支撑。以知识为基础的企业核心竞争力理论要求家族企业必
须从加强知识管理和建立学习型组织来提高家族企业的核心竞争力。目前我国家
族企业的现状不容乐观,以知识为基础的核心竞争能力不强,缺乏“以人为本”
的人本管理意识,没有好的有利于家族企业科学发展的产权制度与外部环境。考
虑我国目前的国情和市场发育程度,家族企业实施“以人为本”的人本管理模式
仍是我们可行的选择。而实施“以人为本”的人本管理是家族企业核心竞争力之
源,实施“以人为本”的人本管理必须重视人力资本,人力资本所有者拥有家族
企业剩余索取权,在企业发展成熟阶段,劳动联合体拥有家族企业的剩余索取权。
我们必须大力营造有利于家族企业科学发展的外部制度环境,为家族企业科学发
展创造有利条件。

Abstract
Insisting and implementing the concept of scientific development profoundly is
the whole skeleton and central content of the party's seventeen session National
People with scientific and technological. innovation plex
competition in the market,more and more people are concerned for the scientific
development of with a new international external environment, we
had better to study the family business deeply,because it is the most important form in
China’s private economy. Scientific development of family business is in line with
the spirit of the party's seventeen session National People Congress put forward the
scientific concept of development, with the characteristics of the times.
The biggest problem is not how to change the modern enterprise for China's
family business, but how to improve their own petitiveness of
enterprises ,which is to find problems and solve problems, from internal research
enterprises and from the enterprises ability, knowledge differences, internal resources
differences, which an important support of scientific development. A
