基层医疗卫生机构实施基本药物制度的个案探讨
———以丽水市莲都区基层医疗卫生机构为例

摘要:我国基本药物制度的重要性早已被政府所重视,但目前基层医疗卫生机构在实施基本药
物制度过程中存在着误解基本药物制度概念、药品品种偏少等系列问题。对此,应加大对基本药物
的宣传力度,适时补充药品品种,探索多渠道补偿机制,从而推动基本药物制度的顺利实施,真正解
决群众“看病难、看病贵”的问题。

Abstract:The government has attached great importance to the national essential medicine system,but at
present,there still exist some problems,such as the misunderstanding of the concept of the system and the lack
of variety of drugs in the course of implementing the national essential medicine system in the basic medical
institutions. We must strengthen the publicity work,replenish the variety of the drugs and explore a multi-
pensation mechanism to smoothly implement the system,and really solve the difficulty in medical
care and high cost of getting medical service.
