【摘要】目的:评价一次法根管治疗及全冠修复发治疗牙隐裂导致牙髓病变的患牙的临床效果。方法:将126隐裂导致牙髓病变的患牙,随机为观察组何对照组,观察组经一次根管治疗后行全冠修复,对照组两次或多次完成根管治疗行全冠修复。结果:%%;术后随访一年,两组疗效均令人满意,且差异无显著性(P>)。结论:一次法根管治疗并即时全冠修复治疗隐裂牙是有效、可行的。

牙隐裂(cracked tooth)又称不全牙裂或牙微裂,是指发生在牙齿表面的细微的而且不易发现的非生理性裂纹,是引起牙痛的原因之一,常累及下颌磨牙、上颌磨牙及上颌前磨牙,且不易被发现;该病是一种口腔常见病、多发病,但病因目前尚不完全清楚,难于诊断,常常造成误诊、漏诊,临床可表现为牙本质过敏、咬物痛、牙髓炎、牙髓坏死、根尖炎等多样性症状,易造成牙体折裂,导致牙体缺损〖1〗。隐裂牙在治疗过程中,常发生牙折或牙体纵裂,导致拔除患牙。为了挽救患牙,减轻患
