摘要
二十一世纪的今天,供应链逐渐成为全球竞争的核心单位,供应链管理成为企
业提高核心竞争力的不可缺少的重要手段。本文通过对LY钢铁公司供应链管理各环
节的现状分析,指出各环节的问题所在,并提出改进的建议与措施,旨在使企业站
在供应链全局的高度,整合供应链资源,建立适合于LY公司的供应链管理运作模式,
改善供应链运作的效率及效果,提高企业的核心竞争力。
本文首先介绍了LY钢铁公司的背景,分析了公司目前遇到的问题与挑战,提出
了本文的研究思路、主要内容及意义。然后介绍了供应链及供应链管理的相关理论。
接下来从采购与库存、生产与计划、分销与配送、供应链E化及供应链绩效评估体系
五个环节对LY钢铁公司进行问题分析,并提出了建议与措施。针对公司传统的供应
商管理、信息不对称、高额库存等问题,提出了与供应商建立战略伙伴关系、实施
供应商认证采购、跨企业跨部门联合采购策略,在库存管理上,提出二级存储模式
备件库存和VMI策略。在生产与计划环节主要对内部物流管理不足之处进行了优化,
并提出采取集中生产物流管理模式。在分销与配送环节分析了公司分销物流分段进
行、缺乏整体规划、中间环节多、信息传递方式落后等问题的存在,对下游供应链
进行了规划,提出实施加工配送战略。在供应链E化环节,分析了建立电子化供应链
的必要性,从战略、战术、操作层面探讨如何建立、运作电子化供应链。最后分析
了公司供应链绩效评估考核体系的问题,阐述了如何建立科学合适的供应链绩效评
估体系、建立绩效标杆,不断优化供应链管理,改善供应链绩效。

ABSTRACT
Today in the 21st century, supply chain has ing the key unit of global
competition gradually, and supply chain management has e the indispensable
important means that enterprises improve the petitiveness. Through the analysis
of supply chain management of pany, this text, point out the problem of every
chain link , and offer suggestions and measures to improve supply management. The
purpose lies in making enterprises stand at the height of the overall situation of the chain,
integrate the resources of the supply chain, set up the operation model of supply chain
suitable for pany, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain
operation, and enhance the petitiveness of pany.
After introducing the background of LY pany at first, this text analysis the
problems and challenges that pany meets at present, and present the thinking, main
content and meaning of this text. Then introduce the relevant theories of supply chain and
supply chain management. And then from purchasing and inventory, production and
planning, distribution and deliver, electronizing supply chain and performance evaluation
system, this text go on case study LY pany
