前列腺电切术中保留功能性后尿道预防尿失禁研究

【摘要】目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术中保留功能性尿道对术后并发尿失禁的影响。方法研究组选取本科室2010年01月至2011年12月行 TURP术患者210例,年龄58-87岁,。对照组选取2005年01月-2009年12月行 TURP术患者362例,年龄在56-86岁,。研究组手术方式选择保留功能性尿道术式,对照组选择常规术式。结果和对照组漏尿比例相比(%,),研究组漏尿比例明显降低(%),并且无大量漏尿现象。其中,研究组仅1例患者漏尿超过一周,%,显著低于对照组(21例,%)。2组病例用卡方检验有统计学意义,P<。结论术中保留功能性尿道能有效改善前列腺电切患者术后排尿情况,减少尿失禁的发生率,

AbstractObjective to discuss the effect of functional urethra in prevent of urinary incontinence after Transurethral Resection of Prostate (TURPT).
Method 210 patients were selected in our department form to form 58 to 87,the average is . The surgical procedures of TURP with savingfunctional urethra in experimental group, the control group with routine method. Result The rate of temporary urinary incontinence in experimental group(9%) is obviously lower than that of control group(%).And there is a significant difference between two groups in the rate of urinary incontinence over one
week(P&lt;).Conclusion There is a obviously improvement in prevent of urinary incontinence after TURPT with saving functional urethra.
