摘要
随着企业经营环境的巨幅变迁,竞争环境日益激烈已是不争的
事实,顾客需求呈现出复杂化、多样化的趋势。近年来,在如此艰
难的经营环境之下,企业为求生存与发展,精益生产在全世界范围
内得到广泛应用,精益生产的基本思想是通过实现准时生产,消除
生产过程中一切不必要的浪费。它要求企业只按订单生产必需的产
品,并且仅按必需的数量,在必需的时间生产出来,以满足顾客的
需求。
价值流图析是实施精益生产的起点。通过价值流当前状态图的
绘制,可以使生产管理人员有效地发现企业的生产过程中存在的问
题,然后利用精益化的技术和工具思考改善的方法和措施,进而制
定价值流未来状态图。在本文的研究中,通过对精益生产理论和价
值流管理在国内外的研究与应用的情况进行研究后,详细地介绍了
价值流图分析的步骤和过程,然后运用精益生产的基本思想和手段,
对飞鹏公司集流管组件项目进行了专门的实施应用研究,探讨了如
何在企业的实际生产中应用价值流图分析技术,降低成本,缩短生
产提前期,从而提升企业的竞争实力。

Abstract
The petition has been increasing due to the enormous
change of institutional environment which respond to customer’s
requirement for fewer quantity and more variety. In recent years, Lean
Production popularizes has been popular worldwide. The basic idea of
Lean Production is to eliminate any waste in production process and
realize Just-In-Time production. It demands enterprise to produce the
necessary products at the necessary time and quantity and meet the
requirement of customer.
Value Stream Mapping is the starting point to achieve lean
production. Via drawing the current value stream map, production
managers can find the problems in the production process. With lean
production techniques, they can improve the process effectively and
design the future value stream map. In our research, after studying the
theory of lean production value stream management, we describe how to
do value stream mapping. Finally, we analyze the value stream
management project introduced in pany, and show how this
project can help them decrease cost, shorten production lead time, as a
result, petitiveness of pany is increased.
