[摘要] 目的探讨不同医师之间以及医师内部评定维吾尔语版汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)的一致性。方法采用经过翻译、回译及文化调试的维吾尔版汉密尔顿抑郁量表,由3名经训练的精神科医师对200例诊断明确的抑郁症患者及200例正常人进行测评,1周后两组各随机抽取其中100例进行复测。结果采用Kappa检验进行评价。结果抑郁症患者在3名评估者进行测评时,,,一致性好。~,~,具有较高的一致性。,说明量表的可行性很高。结论不同医师进行评定及医师内部进行评定时一致性较好,维吾尔语版的汉密尔顿抑郁量表具有较好的信度。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the consistency of Uygur version of the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) assessed between different physicians and within physicians. Methods The Uygur version of the Hamilton Depression Scale which was translated, back-translated and culturally modified was applied. 200 patients with definite diagnosis of depression and 200 normal subjects were tested by three trained psychiatrists. After one week, 100 subjects from each group were randomly selected for retest. The results were evaluated by Kappa test. Results When the patients with depression were tested by three assessors, the Kappa value was greater than between the assessors, and the Kappa value was greater than in the normal subject group, with a good consistency. The Kappa value of blockade and barrier was ~ in all subjects. The Kappa values of the remaining four factors were between ~, with a higher consistency. The Kappa value of the whole questionnaire was above , indicating that the scale was highly feasible. Conclusion The consistency is better when it is assessed in different physicians and within physicians. The Uygur version of the Hamilton Depression Scale has a good reliability.
