operation progress.

Sales department: Responsible for converting purchase order received from customer into
“Domestic/Overseas Order ” for production control after approval of sales supervisor.
Material management department (material control): Responsible for calculating required
amount of material and converting delivery date to production control.
Material management department (production control): Responsible for converting
“Domestic/Overseas Order” received into “Production Schedule Details” according to
delivery date provided by material control as a reference for production of manufacturing
department and delivery of sales department. The delivery date may be adjusted at any time if
necessary.
