摘要
伴随着汽车技术的迅猛发展,汽车尾气对大气造成了越来越严重的污染。作为汽车主要动力源的柴油机,其排放主要污染物Nox的危害己经引起了各国政府的高度重视,对NOx的排放控制逐渐成为研究的热点。利用废气再循环(EGR)技术可有效控制发动机NOx的排放,是当前公认的一种行之有效的控制Nox的排放方法。
本文从EGR的工作机理、作用、控制原则、控制分类,以及设计及检修进行介绍。主要研究内容包括:
第一部分做了对EGR的在中国的相关现状以及重视程度进行了介绍。
第二部分分析了废气再循环系统的工作原理与实现方法,针对柴油机的实际性能和结构特点,确立整车废气再循环系统的整体设计方案。
第三部分对EGR系统的控制方法及其种类。并对EGR系统进行了设计,通过对不同结构冷却器和EGR阀的选择条件判断如何选择合适的EGR系统。

Abstract
Along with the rapid development of automobile technology, automobile exhaust air caused more and more serious pollution. As a main power supply of car engine, its main pollutants Nox emissions have been cause harm the various countries' government attach great importance to the Nox emissions control, gradually e the research focus. Use of waste gas recycling (EGR) technology can effectively control the engine NOx emissions, is the current accepted an effective control of the NOx emissions method.
This article from the work mechanism, function EGR, control principle, control classification, and the design and maintenance was introduced. The main research contents include:
The first part of the EGR do in China, and attention to the situation related degree are introduced in this paper.
The second part of the recycling of waste gas analysis system work principle and method, in view of the actual performance of the diesel engine and the structure characteristics, and establish the vehicle exhaust gas recirculation overall design scheme of the system.
The third part of an EGR system to control method and types. And the design of an EGR system, according to the different structure cooler and the choice of an EGR valve judgments about how to choose the right conditions EGR system.
