摘要
本次课程设计介绍了年产300万健胃消食片的前处理工艺车间设计。其处方为山药、太子参、山楂、炒麦芽、陈皮。工艺路线为取太子参半量与山药粉碎成细粉,其余陈皮等三味及剩余太子参加水煮两次,每次2小时,合并煎液,滤过,滤液低温浓缩至稠膏状,~℃的清膏,喷雾干燥。加入上述细粉、蔗糖和糊精适量,混匀,制成颗粒,干燥,压制成片。
设计内容包括物料流程图、物料衡算、工艺设备计算与选型、车间布置设计、带控制点工艺流程图和平面布置图,并编写了设计说明书。本设计根据任务书的要求,通过工艺计算,对工艺流程、设备选型、车间总布局进行合理设计,同时根据物耗确定主要设备,并对生产管理、三废治理和安全生产等进行了设计。
