【摘要】目的:对盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年性痴呆的临床效果。方法:随机选取我院收治的患有老年性痴呆的30例患者作为本次研究的对象,同时利用抽签法将其平均分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者入院后,使用的药物为艾地苯醌片,观察组患者入院后,给予的药物为盐酸多奈哌齐。对比两组患者治疗前后的日常生活活动能力、治疗效果、简易智能精神状态检查量表。结果:观察组患者的总体情况明显的优于对照组(P<)。结论:在对老年性痴呆患者施以治疗的过程中,采用盐酸多奈哌齐,可以有效的提高患者的治疗效果,同时改善患者的认知能力以及自理能力,推荐临床应用。

【Abstract】Objective: the clinical effect of donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of senile dementia. Methods: randomly selected in our hospital 50 cases of patients with Alzheimer's disease as the research object, and using the method of the draw and the average divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in the control group after admission, the use of drugs for the Idebenone Tablets, patients in observation group received the drug, donepezil hydrochloride. The ability of activities of daily living, effect of treatment, compared two groups of patients before and after the mini mental state examination. Results: the observation of the overall group was better than control group (P<). Conclusion: in elderly patients with dementia to the treatment process, the effect of donepezil hydrochloride, can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, at the same time improve the cognitive ability of patients and self-care ability, mended in clinical
application.
