子宫肌瘤治疗研究进展

[ 摘要] 子宫肌瘤是一种妇科常见的良性肿瘤, 迄今为止其病因及发病机制还不太明确, 且无理想的治
疗药物。一般认为子宫肌瘤的发生和雌激素的长期刺激有关, 其家族性较明显。本文总结了近年来子宫肌
瘤的发生与治疗的研究进展, 分别从遗传基因、激素、生长因子及其它主要旁路等方面进行总述, 并根据治疗
方法的不同, 进行分别论述, 以期寻找出新的研究方法, 为子宫肌瘤治疗药物的相关研究提供依据。

[ Abstract] U terine leiomyoma is mon gynecological benign tumor, by far its etiolog y and pathogenesis are
not clear, and no ideal treatment medicine. Is generally believed that the incidence of uterine leiomyoma and es-
