【摘要】工程监理行业发展的拐点已经来到,如何在下阶段的经营中胜出,管理者自身建设是关键。只有实实在在地以为市场提供物有所值服务的理念为宗旨,认真去探索市场对监理的真正需求,以共嬴的理念来构建企业真正的“人本管理”,以管理者自身“企业家文化”的构建为基础,通过专业化服务团队构建、人力资源建设、企业文化建设、执行力建设等的扎实工作将企业带入真正的可持续、健康、较快发展轨道。
