【摘要】目的:探讨非营养性吸吮在减轻新生儿操作性疼痛的作用。方法:将160例接受致疼性操作的新生儿随机分成观察组和对照组各80例,观察组操作前后给安慰奶嘴吸吮,对照组操作前后不做任何护理干预,采用新生儿疼痛量表法进行疼痛评估,比较两组患儿疼痛程度的不同。结果:观察组患儿的疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<),结论:为患儿进行致疼性操作前后给予安慰奶嘴干预可以有效的缓解疼痛.
