扫描电子显微镜在机械制造业的应用

摘要:随着科学技术的发展进步,我们不再局限于观察宏观物质或者结构,而是全面观察更细致的微观世界。在纳米尺度下,光学显微镜已经无法使用,取而代之的是电子显微镜。扫描电子显微镜由于样品的制备过程简单、景深大、图像的放大范围广、分辨率高等特点,结合晶体学知识,在机械制造中对于研究材料的表面结构、微区成分、观察形貌功效特别显著,例如材料的断口、磨损面、镀层表面形貌和厚度、微区化学成分、显微组织及超微尺寸材料等的观察研究。本文主要通过学习扫描电镜的构造、工作原理以及工作方式,总结概括扫描电镜在机械制造中的应用及其以后的发展状况,并通过实验进一步熟悉扫描电镜的操作、图像分析等。

Abstract:With the development of science and technology progress, we are no longer confined to the observed macroscopic material or structure, but to see more detailed microscopic world. Under the scale of nanometer , optical microscope has been unable to use , instead of electron microscopy. Scanning electron microscope due to the simple process of sample preparation , the depth of field , the width of image in magnification and the high resolution , combining the knowledge of Crystallography , the effect of research object surface structure , position of microstructure and the morphology observation is special significantly in the manufacture of machinery, Such as the observation and study in fracture of materials , wear face, surface morphology and thickness of coating , composition of microstructure , microstructure and micro-size of material.
