摘要:伴随着我国经济的飞速发展,很多产业也在不断创新,作为我国支柱产业之一的房地产也是如此。而资金是房地产业的命脉,不断发展的房地产业对于资金的需求更为巨大。在这种情况下我国的房地产业慢慢与金融业变得密不可分,带来了新的机遇与挑战,产生了房地产金融。在房地产金融的发展过程中,房地产金融风险也慢慢显现出来,且由于我国房地产业和同金融业的密切关系,房地产金融风险的影响变得更为巨大,因此房地产金融风险防范无疑关系到了我国经济的健康发展,必须加以重视。
由于上述原因,本文以房地产金融风险为主题,简单阐述了房地产金融,房地产金融风险,以及房地产金融风险的成因和影响。主要分析了房地产金融风险的种类,最后从多个方面提出了关于我国房地产金融风险防范的一些建议。
