雪灵芝开发研究

摘要:雪灵芝为石竹科蚤缀属植物,最早的药用记载可追溯到公元 7 世纪,
随后在藏医典籍中的记载日渐增多。近十年来,文献报道了对雪灵芝的种群分布、
化学成份、毒理、药理以及应用开发等方面进行的深入研究,雪灵芝是藏药中的一
支奇葩,具有重要的开发利用价值。

The Development and Research Summary
of Xue Lingzhi

Abstract : Xue Lingzhi ( Herba Arenariae) belongs to Caryophyllaceae Arenaria. The
medical value of Herba Arenariae had been recorded early in the 7th century. Later on ,it
could be found in more and more classical Tibetan medical books. In recent decade years ,
some science literatures have reported deep research in Xue Lingzhi ,namely its distributive
pattern , chemical ingredients , toxicology , pharmacology and development. The result indi
cates that Xue Lingzhi is a wonderful plant in Tibetan and of great value in development
and application.

雪灵芝系石竹科蚤缀属植物(Arenaria. spp) , 藏药名扎阿仲, 多年生垫状
草本, 分布青藏高原海拔约 5000 米左右的永久雪线附近地带, 采集十分不
易, 是当今地球上生长海拔最高的绿色开花植物之一, 也是一种极为宝贵的
野生藏药资源。
1 雪灵芝药用沿革
雪灵芝不畏冰雪、风沙, 喜湿、耐塞、抗缺氧, 独特的生态环境孕育了雪
灵芝独特的生物活性成份。藏族同胞早在公元 7 世纪前就已经发现了它独
特的药用价值。
