Research on high power solid state laser and its key technology
摘要
高功率固体激光器具有高效、高稳定性、高光束质量、体积小、寿命长等一系列优点,是军事、工业、医学和科研等领域的新一代理想光源。高功率固体激光器技术不仅在先进制造等工业加工上有重要的应用,同时也是对武器装备性能影响巨大的关键技术之一。
本文首先介绍了高功率固体激光器的现状,依次介绍了圆棒激光器、薄片激光器、板条激光器和光纤激光器的性能特点与优势。阐述了发展高功率固体激光器技术的必要性及重要性,然后介绍了两种高功率固体激光器技术:热容激光技术和激光相干合成技术。由于激光束的相干合成技术在要求高功率、高亮度激光束的场合下有广泛的应用,和其他合成技术相比,这种技术具有简单性、稳定性和可扩容性,所以文中对这种技术做了详细介绍。固体激光器的发展方向大体为:大功率器件将向高功率、高光束质量发展,而战略性应用的高能固体激光器将得到特别加强从而开发出更多新技术。

Abstract
high power solid state lasers with high performance, high stability, high beam quality, small size, long life and other advantages, military, industrial, medical and scientific research and other next-generation ideal light sources in the field. High power all-solid-state laser technology in advanced manufacturing and other industrial processes not only has important applications, but also the weapon one key technology for great performance.
This article first describes the status of high power solid state lasers, and introduced Rod lasers, lasers, slice slab laser and Fiber Laser performance features and benefits. Explain the need for the development of high power solid state laser technology and the importance, and then introduces two high power solid state laser technology: heat capacity laser technology and laser coherent synthesis technology. Because laser beams bination of technologies that require high power, high brightness laser beam under a wide range of applications, compared with other synthesis technologies, thistechnology with simplicity, stability and expansion, this technology has been introduced. Development of solid state laser direction: to high power, high beam quality of high-power device development, and strategic application of high power solid state lasers will be strengthened so as to develop more new technologies.
