Abstract: Through more than ten years development of stock market of China, it has grow up day by day and e an indispensable important part in national economy, which is called the economic "barometer". The ary po1icy, as one of the significant means for macroeconomic readjustment in our country, has been found apparently restricted in its role in recent years, due to traditional channels fading and transmission mechanism vigorous development of the stock market, which is linked more closely with the national economy, the implementation of ary policy inevitably influences its trend. This text does the brief summary to the ary policy and stock policy at first, analyze the relationship between the stock market and ary policy from currency supply, interest rate and interbank offered rate. Puts forward some advice to improving the efficiency of the stock market in transmitting the ary policy.
