临床实习中医学生临床思维能力培养的
思考

【摘要】医学生临床思维能力的培养是临床实习教学的重要任务。临床思维培养的必要前提
是扎实的基础和临床理论知识、完整的临床资料以及严密的逻辑思考能力。此外,通过加强师资队
伍建设、充分利用教学查房和床边教学、开展针对实习医生的临床小讲课、组织病例讨论、重视病历
书写训练以及提高学生学习积极性等,可以实现培养实习医生的临床思维能力的目的。
