摘要
随着农村城镇化建设的开始,以及大中小城市的进一步拓展,以及国家多种大工程的上马,建筑业出现了前所未有的新局面。在这种大好形势下,为建筑业服务的建筑机械行业也有了新的发展机遇。同时,为了和世界接轨,塔机的设计应该有更多更新的创新来适应新的发展机遇、新的发展挑战。所以说,塔机的创新设计,动臂塔机的发展进一步提上日程。促使我们在塔机原有的基础上提出更多更新颖的创意来促进国内塔机业水平的进一步提高,促进动臂塔机在国内的发展。
这就要求我们在塔身、平衡臂、起重臂、上转台,A形架的设计上突破原有的惯性设计思维,运用现代化的设计方法、方式以及设计工具,对设计数据进行有效的优化以及受力的有限元AGLOR分析计算。从而使塔机的生产成本在符合应力要求的前提下大大降低。
