一、What is strategic management?
1、definition
strategic management:is a process for analyzing pany’petitive situation, developing pany’s strategic goals, and devising a plan of action and allocation of resources (human, organizational, and physical) that will increase the likelihood of achieving those goals.
战略管理:分析企业所处的竞争环境,确定企业的战略目标,然后再设计出最有可能帮助企业实现预定目标的行动计划以及资源(人力资源、组织资源和物力资源)的配置方式。
Strategic human resource management (SHRM) : a pattern of planned human resource deployments and activities intended t enable anization to achieve its goals.
战略性人力资源管理:为了使组织能够实现目标而制定的有计划的人力资源使用模式以及各种人力资源管理活动。
