正交优选表面活性剂提取山楂黄***的工艺研究
[摘要] 目的:优选用表面活性剂提取山楂中黄***的最佳工艺条件。方法:以总黄***含量为指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验确定最佳提取工艺。结果:山楂中黄***的最佳提取工艺条件为,%的吐温80水溶液,在90℃提取1 h,提取2次,料液比为1∶20,%,比传统的乙醇回流提取山楂黄***%。结论:该法以溶有少量表面活性剂的水替代高浓度的醇进行活性成分的提取,能大大降低提取成本,并提高提取率,是较理想的一种提取新工艺。

Optimum flavonoids extraction from hawthorn fruits with surfactant

[Abstract] Objective: To optimum extraction technology of flavonoids from hawthorn fruits with surfactant. Methods: Single factor and orthogonal test were used to study the extraction conditions to extract flavonoids from hawthorn fruits. Results: The optimum extracting condition of extracting flavones from hawthorn was showed as follows, mass fraction of Tween 80 solution %; temperature of estraction 90℃; time of extraction 1 h; twice and the solid- liquid ratio 1∶40 (g/ml). Conclusion: The method is low cost, high yeild and no need anic solvent and can be applied multipurposely.
