How to make it?
五色糯米饭:一般来说,有五种颜色,分别为紫色、黄色、红色、黑色和梅红色。
五色糯米是用天然、新鲜的植物之汁液浸泡而成,有各自的药物作用。
紫色:用紫草熬汁成的紫色液体来浸泡糯米
黄色:用黄姜舂烂成泥后的滤液来泡米
红色:用苏木削片,用草木灰水熬汁泡米
黑色:枫叶舂烂后泡水十天后方可泡米
梅红色:红蓝草熬汁后泡米
Medicinal value(药用价值)
紫草和红蓝草主治凉血,活血
黄姜有解毒消肿、清肺止咳、利湿通淋、通络止痛的功效,黄姜有治疗肺热咳嗽、湿热淋痛、风湿腰痛、痈肿恶疮、蜂蜇虫咬的作用
苏木行血,破瘀,消肿,止痛。治妇人血气心腹痛,经闭,产后瘀血胀痛喘急,痢疾,破伤风,痈肿,扑损瘀滞作痛
枫叶对于治疗关节炎有药用。具有消炎、解毒作用

The lunar march the third is the day when the Zhuang minority in Nanning district to sweep the tombs and recall their ancestors.
Culture and Art festival of Huashan
Aimed at inheriting Zhuang’s national culture and customs. The festival is held by the county mittee and the government around lunar March 3rd every year.
It is a big event in my hometown, and people celebrate as a spring festival. People dress their best clothes and prepare delicious foods ,drinks and snacks to celebrate it.
Activities :Consecrating Luo-yue Gen-zu, Luoyue Zhuang’s customs party,Grabbing Hua-pao、Folk petition、petition、Dragon petition、Delicious foods street and so on.
