TM 隧道断面测量系统在施工质量控制中的应用

[摘要] TM 隧道断面测量系统是一种先进的隧道断面尺寸检测一体化系统。通过该系统在陕西省商界高速公路芦
家山一号隧道施工中的应用实例,介绍 TM 隧道断面测量系统的基本原理、特点2、测2量方法和数据分析方法,分析如
何利用该系统迅速提供的断面测量数据,更好地控制开挖断面尺寸、初期支护断面尺寸、二次衬砌净空断面尺寸以
及二次衬砌厚度等方面的施工质量,同时与传统的人工断面测量、激光隧道检测仪相比较,2说明其 TM 隧道断面测
量系统的优点。

Abstract :This paper describes an application of the TM tunnel section measurement system as an advanced tunnel section measurement system , in
the No. 1 tunnel of Shangjie highway project. The description focuses on the use of the system with regard to basic principle , characters , measure
methods and data analysis method. It conducts how to control the quality better with the related data supplied by the system , and those data include
the size of the section , initial supporting section size , quadrate lining gabarite section size and thickness. In addition , this paper provides a
