Determine the content of the emodin、chrysophano1 and physcione in semen cassiae by HPLC. The method is better than the method which was contained in Chinese Pharmacopoeias 2005.
Draw the draft of quality standard of Cassia pared with Chinese Pharmacopoeias 2005,it has been added the water, acid insoluble ash inspection, water soluble extractive and alcohol-soluble extractive. In the identification we study the TLC of cassiae seed with the control article that is emodin、chrysophano1 and determination of respect,the text determine the content of the emodin、chrysophano1 and physcione in semen cassiae by HPLC.
Besides,we primarily establish the HPLC fingerprint of medical material of Cassia obtusifolia different parts of China , preliminaryset up the munion mode and one of the five ponents were assigned .The text prescribe different medicines for the similarity we reflect the inner quality character entirely of cassia seed.
The first time we use prehensive score method with eight index including characters medicine、extractive and characters medicine to evaluate the quality. prehensive analysis, e to the conclusion that the quality of Daping Township Nanxi County Yibin City Sichuan Province and Dongbanpo Village Chengguan Town Sheqi County Henan Province is higher.
