析湿工况下翅片管换热器翅片效率计算分析

[ 摘要] 分析了析湿工况下五种翅片效率模型与实验现象的吻合性, 结果表明: 全湿工况翅片效率对片基
温度与来流相对湿度不敏感, 部分湿工况翅片效率对片基温度与来流相对湿度十分敏感, 翅片效率计算应
区分干、部分湿、全湿工况, 并根据工况选用相应计算模型。

Abstract: This paper annalyses visualization and value based on five fin efficiecy formulas of fin- and- tube heat ex-
changers underdehumidifying condintions
Results showed that for fully wet conditon, the effect of relative himidiy and fin
base temperature on the fully wet fin efficiecy is small
For partially wet surface, a considerable influence of the relative
humidity and fin base temperature on the fin efficiency is encountered
Fin efficiecy formula should be elected based on fin
surface conditions
