[1] Background : Zhou Jizhong
Professor and Director of the Center of S&T Innovation Management(STIM) ,
Business Administration School , Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences (GSCAS)
I was born in Chongqing on January 1, 1945 and graduated from the Department of Metallurgy, Zhongnan University in 1967 and received MS from the Department of History of Science and Technology, GSCAS in 1981.
I have been teaching in the GSCAS since 1981. I was a visiting scholar at the Program in S&T management of the Science, Technology and Society, MIT, USA from 1987 to 1988. I am specialized in the research of science and technology management, and technology innovation management. I am also the chief of the key project “ The Optimization Distribution on S&T resources and Its Management” which is sponsored by NSFC. I have published 12 books and 50-60 papers and won a number of national and CAS awards for my plishments.
