摘 要
微生物发酵是生化工程和现代生物技术及其产业化的基础。发酵过程控制和优化直接影响着发酵的产量和质量,对其;研究具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。发酵过程是时变、非线性、带:约束的多输入多输出复杂系统,涉及生命体的生长繁殖,机理十分复杂,难以通过机理分析建立发酵过程控制和优化模型。人工智能技术具有自学****自适应和白组织的功能,为发酵过程控制和优化建模提供了一条有效的途径。
本文以酵母发酵生产谷胱甘肽过程中的乙醇浓度为对象,针对发酵系统时变、非线性、参数问存在交叉耦合的特点,应用人工智能技术, 研究乙醇浓度的智能测控方法;建立了基于神经网络的乙醇浓度软测量模型,实现乙醇浓度在线高精度检测;结合模糊理论,设计了用于酵母发酵系统乙醇浓度控制的模糊控制器。
仿真实验结果表明,所建立的乙醇浓度软测量模型能以一定的精度实现乙醇浓度的在线检测;所设计的乙醇浓度模糊控制器能够用于酵母发酵过程,具有较好的控制效果。

ABSTRACT
Animalcule fermentation is the basis of bioengineering as well as
modem biology technology and bioengineering control and optimization of fermentation have a direct influence on the yield and quality of fermentation,thus study Oil it may produce a significant value both in theory and is plex system that is characteristic of time varying,non-linearity and multiple inputs and outputs,and related closely to growth and propagation of to plex principle of fermentation,it is difficult to establish model of control and optimization via analyzing technology of artificial intelligence that possesses the advantages of self-study,anization and self-adaptation can proxride an effective way for modeling of fermentation process.
In this paper based on the measurement and control technology and the analysis of the critical parameter,the idea was presented that ethan01 concentration is selected as the control parameter in the process;the model based on the artificial work was established. which was used to measure the on—line;and the fuzzy controller was
designed to control ethanol concentration
The simulation experiment shows that the soft-sensing model established carl measure the ethanol concentration 011-line with high accuracy,and the fuzzy controller designed Can be used in fermentation.
