摘要
《西方政治思想史》一书从西方政治文化传统方面揭示了西方政治思想发展的轨迹,从而进一步认识其发展规律及其有价值的东西。其中法国伟大的启蒙思想家孟德斯鸠的三权分立思想影响尤为深远。他在《论法的精神》中详细系统地阐释了三权分立思想。他认为,“从事物的性质来说,要防止滥用权力,就必须以权力约束权力”。他把国家权力三分化:即立法权、行政权、司法权。同时,他进一步指出了分权的必要性:“当立法权力、行政权力集中在同一个人或同一个机关之手,自由便不复存在了;如果司法权力不同立法权力行政权力分立,自由也就不复存在了;如果同一个人或者由重要人物,贵族或平民组成的同一个机关行使这三种权力,即制定权,执行公共决策权和裁判私人犯罪或争讼权,则一切都完了。”本文主要就孟德斯鸠的三权分立政治思想方面来具体论述一下其对美国的政治制度所产生的影响。

Abstract
Book of western political thought from the aspects of western political culture reveals the development of western political thought trajectory, thus further understanding the law of development and its something of value. In which the great French enlightenment thinker montesquieu's separation of powers to think particularly far-reaching influence. He detailed in \"the spirit of law\" systematically illustrates the separation of powers. \"From the nature of things, he said, to prevent the abuse of power, it must to power constraints of power\". He put the three differentiation of state power, namely, the legislative power, executive power and judicial power. At the same time, he further points out the necessity of the separation of powers: \"when the legislative power, executive power concentrated in the hand of the sam
