竞争一作为理论指导和切入点,紧密结合行业环境和中远集运现状,
从合作而不是单纯的竞争角度探讨如何建立起规避风险、长期发展企
业的合作竞争策略吖
论文第一部分简要概述传统竞争概念,提出合作竞争概念,为下文的分析论证建立理论基础。
第二部分从集装箱运输行业的视角, 分析行业竞争的现状,提出新的竞争模式。从国际航运行业的角度, 论述国际航运业在竞争和合作方面的最新动向和发展趋势。为中远集运的合作发展提供了宏观环境分析和最新发展理论作为参考。
第三部分从中远集运的视角出发,运用合作竞争理论,对中远集运合作发展策略必要性、发展合作自身条件的优势和劣势进行分析。
认清自身,为合理制定合作策略和措施打下基础。
第四部分探讨中远集运合作的具体策略,从整体的发展战略、航运合作的战略目标、合作方式及对象的选择等入手,结合中远集运自身的实际对拟订方案及方案分析、选择以及实旆实步骤、过程控制等内容做具体的论述,以期为企业的发展提供参考。

Abstract
This dissertation will probe into the effective CO-opetition strategies instead of petition for risk evasion and the long term development of COSC0
Container Lines(hereafter abbreviated as COSCo№with the basis on
CoSCoN’S petition mode and the foCUS on the improvement of COSCON’petency,which takes the petition concept-co-opetition as the theoretical tool and bines the industrial environment and the current status of COSCON.
The first part of this dissertation briefly touches upon the establishment of the petition and co-opetition concepts as the theoretical base for the subsequent analysis.
The second part puts forward the brand-new co-opetition theories from the
perspective of the container transport industry and the in-depth analysis int0 the the inclusive arialysis into the latest development and trend of the international shipping industry will greatly facilitate the cooperation and development of COSCON in the futIlre.
The third part applies the co-opetition theo—es to the coherete ease of on the necessity to implement the co-opetition strategies and probing into the strength and weakness of CoSCoN for the purpose of a rational formulation ofthe co-opetition strategy.
The fonrth part concentrates on the concrete strategies to be taken by CoSCoN,ranging from the overall strategy,the objective of strategic selection of cooperation modes and partners to the a
