After 2002 World Cup, er News sank into a low tide because of Chinese football at its lowest and the impacting of new media. In this period, er News had attempt to make its report entertainment and tried to report about sports news in other areas besides er. But it was not particularly essful. It found new newspapers Basketball Pioneers, The er Winner, and new magazines Shake, In Car. er News also has its own official website, e-paper, mobile newspaper, multimedia message and micro blog.
Through this study, the author thinks there are three external factors influence the development of er News: economic system, er environment and media pattern. There are also three internal factors: the construction municators, keeping balance between municating conception from transmitter-oriented and receiver-oriented, changing the management method.
