摘要
近年来,随着中国汽车工业的快速发展,汽车的零部件市场也在逐
渐扩大。为了适应日益增大的市场需求�各大汽车零部件厂商都需要采取
相应的应对措施。德尔福公司作为全球最大的汽车零部件供应商,同样
面临如何在日益增大的市场需求压力下,迅速扩大自己的生产规模,提
升产品竞争力的问题。新建现代化的厂房车间是制造企业扩大生产规模
的一种简单且有效的方法。本文正是以德尔福新工厂为基础,将精益思
想合理应用到建厂早期,说明该公司如何应用精益生产来对新工厂进行
设施规划与布局,确定最优布局方案,从而建成高效、现代的厂房车间。�
本文首先介绍了德尔福精益生产的基本理念,如何应用精益生产优
化产品的工艺流程,提高产品的生产率。然后在德尔福新工厂项目中,
应用精益生产的厂址优缺点比较法来确定在外高桥保税区新建工厂。在
新厂房设施规划与布局阶段,详细介绍如何采用��和计算机辅助设施
规划相结合的方法,协调车间各个工业系统,设计相关作业区域和生产
流程。进一步应用精益思想确定评估标准,对各种规划布局方案进行衡
量和评估,并最终选定最优布局方案。�

The Research of Plant Design and layout
Based on Lean Production

ABSTRACT
In the recent years, as the development of Chinese automobile industry,
the ponents market has expanded very quickly. To meet the
demand of the market, every pany should take some
corresponding measures. As the world biggest supplier in the automobile
component industry, Delphi also should take some measures to expand its
production scales and improve its petition. For the manufacturing
companies, build a modern workshop is a very simple and effective method to
expand their production. This paper just based on the Delphi’s new workshop
and Lean Production to introduce how Delphi to apply Lean Production
theory to design and layout its new plant and eventually select the best
scheme to build a high effective workshop.
Firstly, this paper simply introduces the Delphi Lean Production Concept
and how to apply it to optimize the product process flow and improve
productivity. Secondly, according to the Lean pare methods to
choose the WGQ FTZ new plant location in the Delphi new plant project. In
