摘要
亚麻籽含油达到42%左右,油中不饱和脂肪酸占其脂肪酸90%以上,其中,ω-3脂肪酸含量高达49%,比其它油用作物含量高7倍至50倍。所以,亚麻籽油具有预防冠心病、脑血管病、降低胆固醇、抗血栓、降血压、提高动脉系统柔性的功能,极具开发价值。
本设计采用浸出法从亚麻籽预榨饼中提取剩余油脂,并根据亚麻籽油不饱和脂肪酸含量高的特点,采用全负压蒸发工艺,减少亚麻籽油的氧化和降低反式脂肪酸的生成,并能有效去除亚麻籽中的毒性物质—氰苷,提高亚麻籽粕的使用范围。

Title The workshop design of 100 tons/day of flax seed by pre-press leaching
Abstract
The oil in flax seed reaches about 42%, and the unsaturated fatty acid in fatty acids of the oil is more than 90%, among them, the ω—three fatty acid reaches as high as 49%, 7 to 50 times higher than other crops oil . So, flax seed oil has the functions of prevention of coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, lower cholesterol levels, antithrombotic, falling blood pressure,and improving the function of the flexibility of artery system ,which has highly development value.
This design uses the leaching law to extract residual oil from pre-press flax seed bread. According to the characteristic that the unsaturated fatty acid contented is high in flax seed oil,evaporation is at the whole negative pressure to reduce flax seed oil oxidation and reduce trans fat addition,this method can effectively remove the toxic substances—cyanogen glycoside, and improve the scope of application of flax seed meal.

1 绪论
工业用亚麻籽油。亚麻籽含油率为36%-45%。精炼后的油脂外观呈淡黄色、透明、液状,具亚麻籽固有的气味。-,-,碘值175以上,皂化物188-195,%以下,凝固点-25oC,-,是典型的干性油,易发生氧化和聚合反应。可制造高档油漆、油墨、涂料等化工产品,市场需求量大,应用价值极高。
