摘要
本研究通过一项持续 10 周的英语听力教学的课堂观察利用问卷调查水
平测试等方法对外语焦虑外语听力焦虑和英语听力成绩之间的关系以及传统
听力教学和网络听力教学环境对降低听力焦虑提高听力水平的作用进行了初
步调查文章从研究背景和研究目的着手首先验证听力焦虑和外语焦虑的存
在继而界定听力焦虑和听力水平之间的关系以及不同的语言学的影响
69 名来自上海交通大学一年级的英语学通过外语听力焦虑量表测定本研究用到的其他工具还有外语课堂焦虑
量表网络学习者自我评估问卷和两套英语专业四级考试真题的听力部分来
自网络听力教学班的 31 名志愿者填写了关于网络学习效果的自我评估问卷
本研究表明外语学习者在听力理解过程中确实有焦虑情绪与传统的听力
教学方式相比网络听力教学更有利于降低学同时帮助提高听
力理解水平相关分析揭示了听力焦虑和外语焦虑以及听力水平二者之间都显
著相关而听力焦虑和听力水平之间的负相关则暗示着听力焦虑对听力理解有
干扰作用根据回归分析的结果焦虑水平高则预示着听力水平会相对较低
最后本文对外语听力教学提供了一些参考意见

Abstract
Abstract
This study investigated the relationship between general foreign language anxiety,
foreign language listening anxiety and listening proficiency, with the focus on the
effects of different language learning settings on appeasing anxiety and developing
listening proficiency. The paper starts with the rationale for the research and
introduces the major purpose of the current study. It first examined the relationship
between general foreign language anxiety, foreign language listening anxiety and
listening proficiency, then the effects of different language learning settings were also
examined and reported.
A total of 69 EFL learners, all freshmen in Shanghai Jiao Tong University,
participated in the survey. The participants’ listening anxiety level was measured by
Foreign Language Listening Anxiety Scale. Other instruments used were Foreign
Language Classroom Anxiety Scale, an online learning self-assessment questionnaire,
and the ponents of two TEM tests. For the online learning self-
assessment questionnaire, 31 volunteers’ responses were collected.
This study suggests that foreign language learners experience anxiety in the
process of prehension. The study also indicates that online learning has
positive effects on easing the learners’ listening anxiety and developing listen
