摘要
从斯坦福大学建立斯坦福研究园以来,科学园在世界各地
得到了快速发展,为其所在地区的经济发展起到了重大作用。
作为高等知识的传播机构和高新技术的重要发源地,大学
在科学园的发展过程中起到了重要作用。在众多科学园中,最
成功的科学园当属斯坦福研究园。因此,对斯坦福大学在斯坦
福研究园发展中的作用进行研究,对于阐明大学在科学园建设
和发展中的作用具要非常重要的意义。本文对斯坦福大学在斯
坦福研究园中的管理作用、培训作用、斯坦福大学师生在创建
企业中的作用、斯坦福大学科研人员在技术转移中的作用、斯
坦福大学对于其有关人员在参与企业活动时的相关规定等重要
问题进行了较为深入的研究。基本上阐明了斯坦福大学在斯坦
福研究园中的作用。
我国的科学园建设开始于上世纪八十年代,并得到了快速
发展。我国科学园的种类数量也比较多。在我国科学园的建设
中,国家大学科技园得到了国家、有关大学和地方政府的大力
支持,发展迅速,是我国最为重要的一类科学园。对我国来讲,
本文以大学科技园为例,对大学在科学园的建设过程中的作用
进行分析研究,并对我国科学园的发展提出相应的建议。

THE UNIVERSTITY’S ROLE IN SCIENCE PARK
ABSTRACT
Science parks which play a very important role in economic
development of their local area have a fast growth, since Stanford
Research Park had been built.
Universities, anization of origin of high technology and
knowledge transmitting are important in development of the science park.
Among the science parks in the world, the most essful is Stanford
Research Park which was built up by Stanford University. So it is
necessary to research Stanford University and Stanford Research Park.
This paper analyses the Stanford University’s roles in Stanford Research
Park such as administration, training, company creating, technology
transfer, and so on. And the role which the Stanford University plays is
clear basically.
In China, the development of science parks began in 1980s. In all
kinds of science parks, Country university S&T Parks is more important,
in my point of view because they get the support of national and local
government and university. This paper mainly researches the relationship
between Country university S&T Parks and university so that we can
understand the relationship better.
