供应商选择和绩效评价研究
摘要
随着经济全球化的快速推进和信息技术的迅猛发展,进入 20 世纪
90 年代以来,以生产和产品为中心的管理模式已经不适应现代市场竞争
的需要,取而代之的是以顾客需求为中心的供应链管理。在供应链管理
中,供应商的选择与评价是一个非常重要的环节.
本文以供应商选择与绩效评价问题为研究对象,主要目的是研究如
何构建供应商选择体系与绩效评价体系。其研究工作主要包含以下方面:
(1) 基于层次分析法,设计供应商选择指标及绩效评价指标体系;
(2) 设计供应商选择及绩效评价指标评分体系;
(3) 设计供应商选择流程及绩效评价流程;
(4) 比较供应商选择体系与绩效评价体系的异同及关联性.
(5) 案例分析并利用绩效评价体系来验证供应商选择体系的有效性。
本文的创新点包含 3 个部分:第一点是提出了供应商群体绩效形态
的概念,并针对不同形态提出了相应处置策略;第二点是对供应商选择
体系及绩效评价体系的差异性进行分析;第三点则是提出利用供应商绩
效评价体系来验证供应商选择体系有效性的方法。

RESEARCH ON SUPPLIER SELECTION
AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of information technology and economic
globalization, the management mode of production and product-oriented no
longer met the needs of the modern petition since ies of the
twentieth century, which had been replaced by the customer-oriented supply
chain supply chain management system, supplier selection
and evaluation play an important role.
In this thesis, supplier selection and supplier evaluation were taken as
the research objects with the target towards how to set up supplier selection
system and performance evaluation system. The main research works are
listed as the following:
(1) Based on the AHP model, design supplier selection index system and
performance evaluation index system;
(2) Design a set of system to score each index of supplier selection index
system and performance evaluation index system;

(4) Analyse the difference and relationship between supplier selection
system and performance evaluation system;
(5) Based on supplier performance evaluation system, estimate the
