Abstract
While Chinese economy growing rapidly and openness to foreign stepping forward,enterprises in China is facing to a more are both chances and challenges in of enterprises are concerning about how to get continuous advantage in this version of Chinese Labor Law published recently values long-term employment,which seems to add stress on enterprises in such ,on other perspective,
it hints mitted employees should be performance work system
(HPWS)is a potential option to these enterprises.
This paper focuses on the way how human resource high performance work system helps anizational performance through reviewing previous work on strategic human resource management,
lligh porformance work system mitment,the author puts forward a research model including two basic hypotheses,one of which is about the
human resource higll performance work system’S content and dimensions of its characteristic,and the other is about the mediate effect mitment. In order to test basic hypotheses and get an overview to the model,the author processes a research by two ,the author interviewed 22 HRM related
workers in 1 panies and surveyed panies to find out the content of HPWS
in ,the author surveyed 340 employees in panies in 37 sub—industries and mitment’S mediate effect by multiple linear regression model and industry’S moderate effect by hierarchy linear model.
The conclusions are as follows:(1)human resource high performance work
system in China has such four dimensions:ability focus,performance motivating, participating and coordinating,and normality of management.(2)human resource lligll performance work system has a significant positive link with employees’ mitment and mitment. (3) Employees’ affective
commitment is a mediate in the way human resource high performance work system
anizational performance.(4)The effect of hum
