摘要
生产管理是制造企业生产中一项重要的生产要素,是每个制造型企业进行持续经营的基础,也是企业获得稳定收益的关键。不同企业需要针对自己企业本身的特点,进行切实可行的生产改善,找出先进合理和行之有效的管理模式。
本文主要针对锂电池行业A123公司的生产管理进行案例研究。分析了流程型企业生产管理的特点,参考部分现代生产管理模式和理论,通过对该行业和该企业的特点进行分析,明确生产管理在A123公司运营管理中的重要性,找出其中存在的问题,在生产现场、组织架构、绩效考评、质量管理等多方面提出改进方案, 内容包括组织结构重组,生产现场改善,推进精益生产和全面质量管理等方案。
本文虽然具体的研究对象为A123公司,但文中所采用的生产管理方法对其他
的流程工业企业也有一定的借鉴意义。

Management
Abstract
Production management is the important factor of operation pany,and it is the basic of pany,and it is the key pany to get stable set of reasonable and practical production management which suits the enterprise Can help it develop well.
The paper mairay deals with the A1 pany,member among the lithium cell having examined the characteristics of the production management and the present available production management theories in a flow manufacturer,and its external circumstances,it draws a conclusion that the production management plays a key role in the A1 pany,it supplies a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the A 1 pany,it suggests some modified versions for its production planning, organizing and quality include rebuilding anization,lean
production and making a reasonable performance evaluation mode for the production
system.
Although the paper mainly deals with the A 1 pany,for other flow industries there are still some synergistic aspects in the production management methods expounded above.
