【摘要】《数学课程标准》指出:“学生是数学学习的主人,教师是数学学习的组织者,引导者与合作者。”数学课要体现以人为本,充分发挥师生双方的积极性,充分利用各种方法激发学生的学习兴趣,唤起他们强烈的参与欲和求知欲,使他们能在兴趣的驱动下把“要我学”变为“我要学”。因此,教学过程是师生互动、互促,同时,教师要给学生自主学习的空间,充分发挥学生的主体作用,放手让学生动手实践,自主探索,合作交流的学习过程。让学生动口、动脑、动手实践,再引导学生投入到探索与交流的学习活动之中,鼓励他们发表自己的见解,尊重学生主体精神,从而培养学生创新意识和实践能力。
